Lot 616: 1996 Ford Mustang Shinoda Boss
What makes this one cool: I’ve always been a big fan of the SN95 Shinoda cars, although they’ve never really brought big money. Curious to see what this one does, it might set an upward trend for the cars.
Lot 626: 1949 Plymouth Suburban
What makes this one cool: I saw one of these a few years ago at a show for sale and fell in love with it. It was still in its original glory, not built like this one. I thought then, what a cool car that would make. I guess someone else had the same idea!
Lot 756: 1972 Chevrolet Corvette LT1
What makes this one cool: This is one of several 1972 LT1’s going across the blocks on Thursday. The LT1 in my opinion may be or is the best performing Corvette ever built pre-modern era. Especially in small block form. What makes this one cool is its a factory air car and a rare color. In fact my dad had an identical car a few years back, same color and all.
Lot 770.2 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat
What makes this one cool: These cars are all the fuss in the media and very hard to get right now. I’d imagine someone will pay a premium price to put this one in their garage.
What makes this one cool: Aside from this being an EPA test car, these Shelby GT’s are probably the most well balanced car ever built on the S197 chassis and are actually closer to the Shelby heritage than the more popular GT 500’s.
