Another chapter of the JDRF Charity Car Show is in the books! Its easy to say the 8th year was our biggest and best yet! 188 cars and 3800 dollars raised for JDRF! That brings our 8 year total to $24,130 raised for The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation!

With over 100 awards, I’m not going to take the time to list them all, but I will list the top awards. For the first time we had specific classes this year instead of just top 25 trophies and I will be the first to admit it’s a work in progress, turnouts were better in some classes than we expected, worse in others, so we will be adjusting next year! Like always, its hard to judge a show, every car and truck there deserved a trophy!!

This was our first car show for our 67 Chevelle SS, and we thoroughly enjoyed the show, the weather, and meeting new friends, neither my husband nor I thought we would win, BUT we were very happy that we did, and look forward to many more shows in and around the area, WE LOVE NORTH GA.
